Pierce supports MasterBrand’s new product launches and works collaboratively on innovation initiatives, including the development of new materials, finishes, styles and organizational SKUs. In addition, she captures and presents industry trends for media, designers and customers. She manages the company’s participation in trade shows, including the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS).
Pierce began her 16-year career of increasing responsibilities at MasterBrand in 2002. Previously, as a studio design manager and product designer, Pierce has designed and developed products and finishes for MasterBrand’s cabinetry brands such as Omega, Kitchen Craft, Decorá, Martha Stewart, Thomasville, Diamond, Homecrest and Aristokraft. In addition to supporting the development of new styles and organizational products, she manages aspects of cabinetry design and presentation for corporate and retail showroom layouts, national and regional events and Marketing launch support for bringing new styles and finishes to the consumer.
Pierce holds a bachelor’s degree in family and consumer science, interior design from Indiana State University. She is also a member of the Color Marketing Group, an international association of color design professionals.
